行動購物一直被視為是電子商務成長量變的發動機之一，身為電子商務龍頭的Yahoo!奇摩近年也積極打造優質行動平台，並於25日發表首部「Yahoo!奇摩電子商務紫皮書」註一，大膽預測使用個人電腦及筆電進行網路購物的行為已經式微，打造行動購物平台，賺進下一桶金，now or never。

行動購物訂單量5倍飛長、營收佔比破15% PC凋零
Yahoo!奇摩電子商務紫皮書數據顯示，目前台灣網購消費者中，僅用個人電腦上網的消費者只剩42.7%，而使用手機以及平板電腦上購物網站的消費者分別高達49.5% 和32.1%，正式宣告行動購物滑世代已然來臨。Yahoo!奇摩緊握時代潮流及趨勢，在行動購物的領先布局也已獲階段性成果。以Yahoo!奇摩超級商城為例，行動購物交易筆數一年成長達478%，飛長近五倍之多，下單筆數更是佔整體的15%；而Yahoo!奇摩購物中心手機購物交易筆數一年成長超過三倍。台灣行動購物終於真正起飛，指尖的滑經濟不再是空中樓閣！
行動購物風向球 掌握消費者脈動搶佔商機
根據Yahoo!奇摩電子商務紫皮書調查，和一般網購族比，行動購物族有三高：黏著度高、下單頻率高、消費金額高。近一半的手機購物族天天至購物網站報到，而每月下單次數超過一次以上與單筆消費超過萬元的行動購物族，更是較一般網購者多一成以上。此外，沙發經濟效應在行動購物族身上更是發揮到極致，高達54.3%與41.8%的平板與手機購物族更喜歡於平日晚上在家逛購物網站，顛覆行動族只在外趴趴購的印象！
若以年紀來看，20歲以下年輕人為行動購物族的未來主力，這個世代使用手機上網購物的佔比達43.5%，女性比男性更愛逛、更愛買，遠高出31%，未來這個世代進入職場經濟能力提昇之後，就是網購主力族群，因此可說掌握這群人，就掌握未來行動購物商機。
而以性別來看，54.6%女性手機購物族用手機搜尋商品時，看到好的就買，不會考慮太多。相對的，27.7%男性手機購物族精打細算，手機專屬折扣是吸引他們下單的關鍵因素。

Yahoo!奇摩用戶行動購物力為一般的兩倍 行動佈局完成
Yahoo!奇摩很早就擁抱行動購物趨勢，同時不斷優化使用者介面和改善使用經驗。與一般消費者相比，Yahoo!奇摩用戶行動化程度更高。舉例來說，Yahoo!奇摩超級商城和Yahoo!奇摩購物中心行動購物的業績佔比分別為總體的15% 和16%，而一般消費者行動下單比例為8.1%，只有Yahoo!奇摩用戶的一半。而從行動裝置作業系統來看，Android儼然是行動購物新勢力。Yahoo!奇摩超級商城數據顯示，Android用戶今年的造訪率為73.8%，年成長率達36%，表現掩蓋iOS 光芒。
Yahoo!奇摩購物中心早在2010年10月即率先推出手機版網站，截至目前為止業績成長30倍。Yahoo!奇摩拍賣手機版網站則於2012年12月推出，半年以來業績已經成長8倍，佔整體營收的 6%。接下來，Yahoo!奇摩超級商城將於年底前推出手機版網頁和APP，而為了延伸在PC上的霸主優勢，未來在行動佈局上Yahoo!奇摩也將加碼投資，確保行動研發團隊佔整體的50%以上，行銷資源投入不低於50%，希望能讓消費者每天、每次的造訪，都充滿驚喜與感動，創造良性循環，進而帶動行動營收成長。
